Grapes: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot

Grown in typical Graves sandy, gravelly clay soil, allowing the purity of the fruit to shine through. Fermented in stainless steel vats for 21 days. 50% of the fermented blend is aged in new oak for 12 months, while 50% continues to age in stainless steel. The wine is fresh, elegant, and full-bodied with well-integrated tannins. You'll find red currant, blackberry, oak, leather, plum, and mesquite notes on the polished palate.

Fresh and forward, with a polished edge to the red currant, cherry and damson plum notes. The sleek finish lets a black tea accent linger.
